Food log and online dieting tool. The site is a large Flex application on a PHP/mysql backend. Currently in a beta phase, version 1.0 should be fully completed in 2008.

XIF Communications
Real Simple – Created four ‘tool’ swfs for the Real Simple Real Life site. They include a quiz tool, a drag and drop organizer tool, and a clickable image map tool. Done in Actionscript 3 using Flash CS3 components.
People Pets – Part of a large development team that created the People Pets online community. Had various roles in the large project including handling advertising and tracking as well as other general php development.
Discovery Communications Emmy Video Player (not public) – Video player displaying various TV shows from the Discovery Channel, TLC and Animal Planet online for Academy member’s consideration. Used the Edgecast network as a CDN to deliver bandwidth specific quality.
National Geographic Society Player – Developed Flash video player in AS2 that runs off of xml feeds created internally at NGS. Has and advanced Doubleclick ad implementation with google remnant ads. Uses the Akamai StreamOS cdn for video and a Google Search Appliance box for search. Player is skinable using a css file, loaded image assets, and loaded fonts. Player is completely visible to search engines and has deep linking to all states. The kids skin of the player can be viewed here.
National Geographic Channel Player – Developed Flash application to display a wide library of NGC videos. Has runtime skinning across channels, an advanced ad implementation with multiple ad vendors, and deep linking. Runs off the XIF VMS system and interacts with a Google Search Appliance.
People Interactive Video Application – Created Flash interface running off xml feeds. Playback is done through Brightcove. Includes custom Doubleclick ad implementation that uses lower 3rd ads. Interface supports cuepoint interaction with side panels and advertising.
Newsweek flash components – Wrote flash components for Newsweek redesign leveraging StoryMaker backend as part of flash team at XIF.

Spotlight Athletics Web Site Java e-commerence Web Application with Mysql Database.
Universal Mind
Mapquest Actionscript 3 API Part of large team creating a robust mapping API in Actionscript 3. Duties included Map UI coding, Flex 2 components and Flash CS3 components.
Code and Theory
Company Web Site Created Flash front end, with full deep linking, search engine indexing, and working browser history. Altered some of the existing PHP CMS.
NY Mag Approval Matrix Developed Flash front end and Perl backend. Uses Flash remoting for communication.
Nobu Restaurants Developed PHP CMS which allows the creation of new restaurants sites on the fly. Also created very flexible Flash front end which uses Flash remoting to communicate with PHP.
Charlie Rose Site Created Flash components and did minor Java work on large backend within a Java team of three individuals.
